  • Top-Notch Training in Seattle: Seattle Children’s Hospital + University of Washington Medical Center + Harborview Medical Center 
  • Diverse Experiences: 2-month WWAMI rural rotation + dynamic inpatient & outpatient experiences. 
  • Alumni: 60% go into general pediatrics (hospitalist, primary care, urgent care), 40% go onto fellowship at top-ranked programs around the country 
  • Wide Catchment Area: Patients and families from Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho

    • Exciting Electives: Wilderness Medicine, Advocacy, Procedures, Community Hospitalist, and more. 
    • Research Ready: All R3s have a capstone presentation; abundance of research opportunities 
    • Clinical Support: Multidisciplinary teams with care coordinators & ancillary staff 
    • Teaching Opportunities: Frequent chances to lead, present, and engage in educational activities. Diverse learners including medical students, visiting residents, and Advanced Practice Practioner fellows. 
    • Moonlight Opportunities: Available in R2 and R3 year
