Rebecca Walcott

Rebecca Walcott is a PhD student at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at UW. She has masters degrees in public health and international policy from the University of Georgia and has prior research experience in both global and domestic health policy. Her current research interests are in the field of international development, focusing on mobile money, self-help groups, and financial inclusion initiatives.
