Lab Values

In our lab, we are humans first. Social justice and anti-racist work is our work too. Our lab will defend the safety, equity and inclusion of people of all races, all genders and all abilities. Science is for everyone, and human rights are for everyone.

We pledge to:
-Educate ourselves about racial justice, structural inequalities, and discrimination against marginalized communities.
-Listen, learn from, and amplify voices from those communities.
-Challenge policies and ideas that perpetuate inequality, and push to change them in our lab, in our school, and in our community.
