The Department has a long history of innovation in teaching. In the 1980s we led the field of digital anatomy and the structural informatics and digital anatomist projects created materials that are still delivered digitally across the internet and accessed from around the globe. One consideration that has guided much of that work is that our materials should be readily available to everyone regardless of financial status.
