CEE Majors: AUT20 Registration Information

A message from Brian and Charlotte:

There is a lot coming up over the next couple of weeks so we wanted to touch base to make sure you are prepared for AUT20 Registration. Please read through this entire email.

AUT20 Registration

  • AUT20 Registration is just around the corner with Period I starting on,  Friday, May 8th.

The AUT20 time schedule is now up so if you have not started planning, now’s the time!

Rising Juniors

  • Students who will have completed all the program prerequisites by summer quarter should register for 300-level CEE courses starting in the fall. You will be registering for these courses on your own.
    • BSCE: The 300-level BSCE courses are pre-arranged for the academic year in “tracks”  (Track I or Track II) as outlined in the Sample 4-year plan for BSCE Juniors on the BSCE degree sheet. You will need to select either Track 1 or Track 2 (more information on this below).
    • BSENVE: The 300-level BSENVE courses are pre-arranged for the academic year  as outlined in the Sample 4-year plan for BSENVE Juniors on the BSENVE degree sheet. The non CEE 3XX classes on the sample schedule are suggestions. Your schedule may look different from the sample due to course availability, course conflicts, or need.
  • BSCE Majors: You can select either Track I or Track II, but once you select a track, you must stay with that track’s courses for the entire academic year.

This is important in order to avoid time conflicts with required courses in future quarters.

  • Important:  When registering for your track courses, please carefully read the notes listed under each lab section (see online Time Schedule).  It is extremely important to follow these directions.

(We have to closely monitor track registration so that we can maximize enrollment and minimize time conflicts for all.)

    • If you are “off-Track”  or are missing a few prerequisite courses to start the 300-level CEE courses in the fall, please meet with a CEE advisor to develop an individualized academic plan.
    • Important:   Enter your Track courses for the year on MyPlan (available via MyUW).

As always, make sure to keep your eye on the  Ugrad News Blog to keep up on job opportunities, internships, scholarships and other events/info sessions.

CEE Undergraduate Student Guide

  • Please take a moment to review the Undergraduate Student Guide as it has important information that will help you navigate through the academic degree requirements, University policies, regulations, and procedures.

As always, we are here for you should you have any questions.
