The City of Kenmore has an opening for a traffic engineering intern – the ideal candidate is interested in investigation, analysis, and problem solving in the traffic environment, including field work and professional communication.
The position is part time, with possible remote work depending on pandemic conditions and office / field work if pandemic conditions allow for it. The position will be based out of Kenmore City Hall. The first review of applications will be on July 20th, but the position will remain open until filled. Candidate interviews will begin at the end of July and the position will start shortly after a candidate has been selected. Successful resumes and cover letters should focus on how the applicant’s experience, coursework, and personal interests relate to the position, and demonstrating an interest in civil engineering and a willingness to acquire new skills is highly valued.
