SPAM/Junk Mail Notice
We are still receiving reports that our emails are landing in SPAM/Junk folders. Make sure you are keeping an eye on your SPAM/Junk folder and when talking with your classmates, please mention this as they might not be seeing this email.
Graduating Seniors: Apply to Graduate!
If you are a senior and plan to graduate during the 2020-21 academic year it is now time to apply for graduation. To do so, please review your Degree Audit, update your MyPlan, and complete this google form. Completing these steps will allow us to submit a graduation application on your behalf and ensures that you will obtain Graduating Senior Registration Priority for Winter and Spring Quarters.
- The deadline for this form is October 16th, but the earlier you can submit it, the better!
Drop-In Hours/Advising Appointment Reminder
If you would like to meet with one of your advisors we have two ways to do so:
- Undergraduate Advising has drop-in appointments on Tuesday and Wednesday, 11:00am – 12:00pm.
Drop-Ins are usually reserved for quick or time sensitive questions. Since we are now fully remote, you will need to sign up using the following google form no earlier than 20 minutes prior to the start of drop-ins. Once you have filled out the google form, either Charlotte or Brian will email you a zoom link. Please make sure that you are keeping an eye on your email once you sign up for drop-ins. Drop-In times (along with the google form) will always be located in the calendar on our Ugrad Advising page.
- You can also schedule an individual appointment via Brian and Charlotte’s Advising Calendars.
- If you do not see a time that works for you (drop-ins or appointment), or your situation is time sensitive, please email ceadvice@uw.edu with your availability and we will find a time to meet with you.
Registration Deadlines
- October 7th-13th: Unrestricted Drop Period with $20 fee
- October 20th– Last day to add a course through MyUW
- October 14th-Nov 17th: Late Course Drop Period – Use of Current Quarter Drop required and a $20 Fee is assessed
