Puget Paving & Construction, Inc. is currently seeking a Junior Estimator/Project Manager in their Lakewood office to assist in building and maintaining productive client relationships for asphalt paving projects throughout the construction process (bidding to completion). This is a full time, salaried position with benefits. 

The Junior Estimator/Project Manager prepares cost estimates and proposals for asphalt paving construction jobs for private customers and public entities, and manages the project scope, schedule, and budget. You will work closely with customers, contractors, state and local municipalities, and inspectors. Position may periodically require long hours, night work, local travel and/or weekend work. Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience required.
• Asphalt paving or construction industry experience preferred.
• Estimating experience using B2W Estimating Software and Bluebeam Revu a plus.
