This email is advertising the upcoming American Society of Civil Engineers International Conference on Transportation and Development (ICTD). This year’s conference will be held in downtown Seattle in just one month and will feature a wide variety of technical and plenary sessions, workshops, and technical tours. There are also many activities that pertain to younger members (those 35 years of age or younger).
