USAB is conducting this survey in order to get a better idea of your experiences in the department. Responses are fully anonymous, and we anticipate that it will take you ~10 minutes. If you didn’t get a chance to attend last quarter’s Undergraduate Forum, this survey is how you can share your experiences!

For those who attended the Undergraduate Forum in February, this is one of the follow-up actions related to that effort. Because of this secondary data collection, the response from the department to the forum feedback is going to be delayed towards the end of the quarter. We ask you to fill out this survey even if you completed a previous version during the forum.

The information you provide us now will be vital in continuing to improve the undergraduate experience. The department is really invested in the student experience and takes undergrad feedback seriously. One example: after student requests, the bathrooms in More Hall are being renovated this summer!
