The UW WE Rise Program and SWE Chapter will again host the Women Engineers (WE) Professional Mentoring Program (PMP). Application to join the 2023 / 2024 program is now open. We encourage you to apply today.
Mentoring can help women in STEM optimize their academic and career options. Mentoring allows participants to develop close relationships with mentors while participating in STEM-focused activities, enhancing mentees’ STEM identity and self-efficacy for conducting research and contributing to a more substantial interest in and commitment to having the STEM career of your desire.
Program Details:
- Duration: UW Winter and or Spring quarters.
- Commitment: participate in quarterly PMP events and monthly time with your professional mentor.
