In-person job and internship fairs provide an opportunity for companies to demonstrate their company culture, network with other businesses and potential candidates, and share information about their open roles.

The 2024 Spring Job & Internship Fair is open to all majors and years of study (including alumni) of all three campuses, as well as community members. If you are hoping to make a hire (or a few!) this quarter, this is a can’t-miss piece of your recruiting efforts.

Recruit Virtually This Spring

Virtual fairs are a great option for employers who’d like to recruit students on-campus without actually coming to campus! Employers will set a schedule of Group and 1:1 sessions, and students will register for those sessions in advance of Fair Day. Employers and students alike both appreciate the structured nature of virtual career fairs—dedicated meeting times, more time to prepare, no standing in line, and better candidate screening.
