Welcome to AUT24! Important Updates and Save the Dates!

Hello CEE Majors,

I’m writing today to touch base, provide some important “Save The Dates” and provide some expectations as we move into AUT24.

1. CEE Advisor Availability: The first thing I want to address is the fact that we are down a CEE undergraduate adviser with Lauren Lanum’s departure.

This means that my capacity is going to be limited for the first few weeks of the quarter so I need to prioritize those students who have urgent questions related to AUT24.

If you have urgent AUT24 questions, you can schedule an apt using my booking calendar (or if those times don’t work, please email ceadvice@uw.edu with your ID number, your availability, and a summary of your questions.

For those of you who need to meet with me to plan WIN24 and beyond, we will have plenty of time prior to WIN25’s Oct 31 registration date.

You can find drop-in advising hours/instructions on the CEE Undergraduate Advising Calendar (T/W 11-12pm…they start next week) and my booking calendar will be updated very soon: https://www.ce.washington.edu/current/undergrad/advising

2. Canvas: You should now have access to our CEE Undergraduate Resources canvas page.

As of now we only utilize the following Canvas resources:

  • Announcements: I will be posting weekly announcements on Monday or Tuesday. Please make sure you read these posts weekly as it will ensure you don’t miss any important deadlines, events or resources.
  • Files: We’ve uploaded many resources to the files section including Academic Planning Resources, Career Fair Prep, Capstone Information, Common Forms, Continuation Policies and Degree Sheets.
