Your WE Rise Program will again facilitate the WE Rise Professional Mentoring Program (PMP). Mentoring can help women in STEM optimize their academic and career options. Mentoring allows participants to develop close relationships with mentors while enhancing mentees’ engineering identity and self-efficacy for conducting research and contributing to a more substantial interest in and commitment to having a STEM career of your desire. The application to join the Winter Quarter 2025 cohort is now open.

Application Available:  Submission deadline – Thursday, December 12

• The PMP offers our future Womex engineers an opportunity for a 1:1 with an industry mentor over 10-weeks
• WE Rise students of any gender and COE major – upper-division undergraduate and graduate students welcome

Program Details:

• Duration:      Winter quarter * January 10 – March 13
• Commitment: Participate in monthly PMP M/M mixer and establish a productive and engaging 1:1 with your industry mentor
