Strategic Plan Feedback Forum

CoE Community,

We invite our College community members to provide feedback on our strategic plan draft, “Engineering for the Public Good.” We want to hear from every undergraduate, graduate and professional student, and every faculty and staff member. The greater the response, the better the College will craft a vision and plan for all of us.

You are encouraged to read the draft plan and submit feedback. In addition, we are holding a series of virtual open forums for members of the CoE community to provide feedback directly to us. Please RSVP for the forum that best fits your role in the College:

  • Undergraduate students | Tuesday, June 1 from 1-2 pm | RSVP
  • Graduate/professional students and postdoctoral scholars | Thursday, June 3 from 11am- 12pm | RSVP

We began our strategic planning effort in spring 2020 to articulate a bold, transformative and achievable five-year vision for the College. We took up the call to craft a collective vision for the College grounded in equity and inclusion. Our draft plan, “Engineering for the Public Good,” is the product of that work—our community’s commitment to every one of its members, to all of our partners, and to the public good in the broadest of terms. To date, over 200 people have taken part in the planning process including faculty, staff, students and community members who joined seven subcommittees

Your voice matters! Please RSVP for an open forum or submit your comments online. Feedback received by June 18th will be reviewed and revisions will be made throughout the summer in anticipation of a public launch of the strategic plan this fall.
