Hello CEE Majors,

The SPR23 time schedule is now live (Period I registration starts on Fri, Feb 10) so we wanted to provide you with some information about the CEE Capstones.

Each capstone provides students with the opportunity to participate in a group design project in an area of their choosing. The capstone projects are designed to simulate an engineering project you could experience in your area of emphasis.

1. SPR23 CEE Capstone Options: We’ve outlined the SPR23 CEE capstone options below and each instructor has provided a statement providing some information on what to expect from their capstone projects. You can find these summaries on the CEE Ugrad Resources Canvas page in Files > SPR23 CEE Capstone Projects.
2. CEE Capstone Preview Event w/ Q&A (Fri, 2/3 – 3pm – MOR 220): We will also be hosting a CEE Capstone Preview Session in More Hall on Friday, Feb 3^rd.  This event will provide you with an opportunity to hear about the projects and participate in a Q&A so you can make an educated decision on your registration date.  All CEE majors are invited to attend, regardless of class standing, as you will all be doing your capstone eventually!
