Dr. Alexandra “Alex” Molnar
Dr. Alexandra “Alex” Molnar grew up in the Seattle area and love the green trees, high mountains and many lakes of this region. She even likes the gray skies and misty rain, most days. She went to medical school at the UW. She spent her first year in Seattle and enjoyed many of the programs that make the UW special: RUOP, WRITE, DESC Derm clinic, to name a few. She feels very lucky to spend much of her time working with Olympic College faculty to mentor and coach medical students, while also caring for immigrants and refugees at Harborview’s International Medicine Clinic. She is involved in a variety of projects around care for vulnerable immigrant and homeless patients, teaching and primary care medicine. Her husband is a faculty at the UW in Genome Sciences. They have three children.
