WRITE PROGRAM TRAVEL
The WRITE program, for the purposes of student travel, is treated the same way as any other WWAMI required clerkship travel. Students will be reimbursed for travel to their WRITE site, or the School will purchase airfare to fly students to WRITE sites in Alaska. Alaska-site WRITE students who wish to ship a personal vehicle to Alaska for the duration of the WRITE program should contact gowwami@uw.edu for details, as the Washington State laws that control what we’re allowed to do in this regard are subject to change.

CREDENTIALING PLATFORM COSTS
The School will reimburse students for the cost of subscriptions to credentialing platforms, when such subscriptions are required for onboarding at WWAMI clinical clerkship sites. Current platforms that can be reimbursed are CPNW (Clinical Placements Northwest), Clinician Nexus, and myClinicalExchange. Submit your reimbursement request through our online form. Include the name of the clinical site and the clerkship for which the subscription is required.
