Virginia Merrill Bloedel Hearing Research Center Endowment
The Hearing Center Endowment promotes research in hearing at UW Medicine’s Virginia Merrill Bloedel Hearing Research Center (VMBHRC) and funds the Virginia Merrill Bloedel Chairs in Basic and Clinical Hearing Research.

The Hearing Center Research Fund supports current operations and research at the Virginia Merrill Bloedel Hearing Research Center.
Virginia Merrill Bloedel Hearing Research Center Discretionary Fund
Used at the discretion of the director, the Discretionary Fund supports the Center’s mission and research efforts.
Hearing Regeneration Initiative
To support research that seeks to cure hearing disorders—including sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus, and age‑related hearing decline—by regenerating damaged inner ear hair cells and advancing more effective therapies that can restore hearing and improve the lives of those affected.
Pediatric Cochlear Implant Research
