UW Skype for Business

UW Skype for Business is a service provided by UW-IT for free as part of the Office 365 software agreement with Microsoft. This provides audio conferencing and video conferencing, as well as screen sharing, presence, and instant messaging. Although you must have a UW Skype for Business account to create meetings, anyone can join a meeting using just a Web browser.

Please note: Microsoft is discontinuing Skype for Business as of July 31, 2021. All communities currently using this service are encouraged to migrate to Microsoft Teams.
