DCM’s Animal Resources Program is the central provider of laboratory animal care at the University of Washington for all species other than non-human primates.
Embryonic Stem Cell Research Oversight (ESCRO)

Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S)
EH&S provides key support to researchers at the University of Washington for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing research with potential hazards, including biological and radiation hazards. They also provide recommendations for occupational health precautions and safe work practices to mitigate research-related risks.
Office of Research (OR)
OR aims to create an outstanding environment of support for UW researchers. This office is led by the Vice Provost for Research and oversees several research and administrative support units, including OAW.
Washington National Primate Research Center (WaNPRC)
WaNPRC is one of seven National Primate Research Centers in the United States. The Animal Resources Division provides specialized care and husbandry services at the University of Washington for non-human primates, including management of related animal facilities, research support, and primate veterinary services.
