All registrants are subject to a re-registration fee if they fail to attend or are late for a session and have not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
Non-University personnel working on non-university protocols must submit a Billing Intake Form at the time of registration. If you have any questions about the billing process, please email clatr@uw.edu.

Request for “Sponsored UW NetID”
- A UW NetID is required for learners to access the eLearning courses and lessons.
- It is also required to complete the Animal Use Medical Screening (AUMS) screening that all researchers must complete before they can handle animals.
- There are no fees associated with a “Sponsored UW NetID.”
