Q: What size menstrual cup can I get?
A: We offer two menstrual cup sizes – Size 0 and Size 1. Size 0 is usually best suited for those with a lighter flow, low cervix, sensitive bladder, or who haven’t given birth. Size 1 is usually best suited for those with heavier flow, higher cervix, or who have given birth. We also offer a disability-accessible menstrual cup that is easier to remove for those with disabilities that affect their reach or grip strength. Photos are available on our order form. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us at menstruationstationuw@gmail.com.
NOTE: Our supply of disability-accessible menstrual cups is very limited. This product is intended for people with physical disabilities that prevent them from reaching or grasping a conventional menstrual cup. Please do not select this product unless you have a disability that prevents you from reaching or grasping a conventional menstrual cup.
Q: What size pads can I get?
A: We offer three sizes of menstrual pads – underwear liners, day pads, and night pads. They are all comparable to their disposable counterparts in size and absorbency. Underwear liners are best for spotting, very light flow, discharge, and incontinence. Day pads are best for regular daily wear. Night pads are best for overnight wear and heavier flows. Photos are available on our order form, or you can visit our supplier’s website here. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us at menstruationstationuw@gmail.com.
