About Us

Welcome to Project RestUp! We are an ongoing research study that explores the health behaviors of young adults, conducted through the Center for the Study of Health and Risk Behaviors at the University of Washington. Check out the CSHRB website here and the CSHRB Twitter here for updates on CSHRB’s latest research.

The RestUp Study is looking for young adults aged 18-24 who drink alcohol, use marijuana, and are interested in improving their sleep.

If you think you might be a good fit for our study and would like to participate, please fill out our contact form here.

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate health promotion materials regarding sleep and substance use, including alcohol, marijuana, caffeine, and other substances. If you choose to participate you may be randomly selected to receive this information.

You may be eligible to earn up to $397 in Amazon e-gift cards by participating in RestUp!
