MiniLiDAR Demo for DNR

Jonathan Batchelor and Colton Miller (both PhD students in RSGAL) are in Olympia today talking to the DNR about Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS), they get to demo the Leica and the ‘baby LiDAR’ and talk about all the things PFC is doing and has done in the past with the sensors.
