Washington Department of Natural Resources is hiring a research analyst/scientist position to work on Washington’s 20 Year Forest Health Plan for Eastern Washington.

This is a great opportunity to do cutting edge, applied science that will guide all lands restoration. We are looking for a sharp researcher/analyst who also has a strong foundation in forest ecology and forest management.

Washington is moving forward with aggressively treating large landscapes and there is a lot of interesting science based planning & monitoring work to do. We are building up the Forest Health Division and assembling a great team of people.
