UW Tacoma faculty are participating in a library workshop this week to learn about and implement OER (Open Educational Resources). We invited UW Tacoma institutional analyst and astronomy professor Alice Few to Wednesday’s session to share her perspectives and experience in transitioning to OER teaching.

In the coming weeks participating faculty will create OER implementation plans for their own classes. Keep your eye on the library calendar for a culminating event in the fall when we’ll share what was learned and about the further development of OER on our campus!
