October 2023 has arrived, and with it the UWT Library Lab!

What is the UWT Library Lab?

The UWT Library Lab brings library staff to you! Every Tuesday from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in October, November and the first week of December, UWT Library Student Staff will be in the lobby of the UWT YMCA. For two hours, we can assist you with any research assignments or interests you may have and answer all sorts of questions about the library, including how to check out books, the kinds of digital and physical resources that are available and how you can access them and our various types of services, programs and more. We encourage everyone to stop by our table to chat and pick up some handy post-it notes, flyers and even snacks!

Why stop by the UWT Library Lab?

The UWT Library Lab is conveniently located to support students on campus at or nearby the YMCA. In addition to saving time trekking to the library, students have direct access to our Student Staff, who are ready to assist with all inquiries. As peers, we have acquired unique insight into navigating the library and information landscape as students and are happy to share our experiences!
