Through Terra Staffing, national transportation planning consulting firm Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates is hiring graduate and undergraduate urban planning, design, and engineering students for a paid opportunity to support a study of the travel patterns of residents of and visitors to a recent Transit Oriented Development in Redmond, WA, for the National Institute for Transportation and Communities (NITC)

Opportunity

Seeking paid surveyors ($18.00/hr) for shifts on location in Redmond, WA on Thursday, May 28th:

1a – 7:00 AM-2:00 PM

1b – 7:00 AM-10:00 AM

2a – 1:30 PM-9:00 PM

2b – 4:00-7:00 PM

Qualifications

  • Academic or work experience with field data collection in an urban planning, design, or transportation planning or engineering (in-class experience qualifies)
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and consistency in data recording
  • Ability to travel to job site in Redmond, WA (accessible via ST 545,542)

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
