The District has an exciting summer quarter opportunity for two enrolled college students or recent graduates looking to gain experience in planning, engineering, or construction in the water and wastewater utility field. These individuals will report directly to the Planning and Development Services Department which is responsible for planning, engineering, and construction management of District capital projects and private development that impacts District infrastructure. The successful candidates will perform a variety of assignments in each area of the department while gaining valuable short-term exposure to work situations in the water and wastewater utility field.

  • Title: Planning, Development, and Construction Intern (temporary)
  • Pay:  $15.00/hour
  • Summary: Position is responsible for assisting various positions within the Planning & Development Services Department including, Construction, Engineering, Mapping and Planning. The position is intended to provide students with short-term exposure to work situations in the water and wastewater resources field.
