Dinner:     Plated dinner (choose between the following when registering for the meeting):

• Za’atar and Lemon Roasted Chicken Breast, with harissa yogurt, sun dried tomato couscous, and cumin roasted haricot verts.
• Mediterranean Pasta, sauteed fresh seasonal vegetables tossed in a plum tomato sauce with penne, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, capers, topped with feta cheese and kalamata olives(veg).
