The Air Force is looking for several Palace Acquire Interns (PAQ Interns) – request your assistance in getting the word out to recent graduates or about to graduate in urban planning, regional planning, urban studies, or other related degrees. We currently have three vacancies (Nellis, McConnel, and Fairchild), but there could be additional locations considered in the future.
Short version of the PAQ Program:
Must be:
- Recent graduate (withing two years) or current student
- BS or MS (or equivalent) in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Urban Studies, or similar program
- GPA of 2.96 or above
- US citizenship & ability to obtain a security clearance (generally no felonies or criminal record)
What the get;
- Two year developmental position starting at a GS-7 or GS-9 (dependent on education level), graduate the program at GS-11 or 12
- Student loan repayment
- Tuition assistance towards a graduate degree
- Great introduction to a career in the Air Force or Space Force
