We invite our future WE Rise engineers to apply to participate in the Spring WE Rise Leadership Academy.
The Leadership Academy is a unique opportunity to enhance and build up your professional development skills. Throughout the nine weeks, hear from motivating speakers and join in group sessions as you network with experienced coaches and mentors to discover and learn more about navigating the transition into the career of your desire or choice. Explore topics and strategies for success for women, such as communicating, advocating for self, emotional negotiation, climbing the ladder, transitioning, misogyny, and more.
