Hi CEE Community!
A quick reminder that the University of Washington Concrete Canoe and Steel Bridge Joint Unveiling Presentation is this Friday, March 29th! This event takes place from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in the Maple Hall Great Room. The presentation will include introductions by the club officers, an overview of the design and fabrication process, and sponsor acknowledgments for each team. Additionally, Steel Bridge will do a live demonstration of our bridge assembly process! Dinner will be provided. All club members, alumni, friends, family, UW staff/faculty, donors, and industry professionals are welcome to attend! A Zoom link will be provided for those who wish to attend remotely.
We hope that you attend our Joint Unveiling, so we can share with you both team’s hard work before we compete at the annual ASCE Student Symposium held at the University of British Columbia the following weekend (April 6th – 7th). This is the perfect culmination of our progress throughout the academic year.
