On behalf of the Washington Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA), we’d like to get the word out regarding our 2024 scholarships! We had two winners from the UW CEE program last year. 

Attached is our 2024 scholarship application. This $10,000 and $5,000 scholarship will be presented to a student who is interested in a career in public works and is both a current resident of Washington State full-time standing as of Fall 2024. The scholarship applications are due June 17, 2024.

APWA provides training, support, advocacy, and networking for public works agencies and design professionals across the state of Washington. We also believe in supporting students to pursue their educational goals and increasing awareness of career opportunities in the public works industry which provides, maintains and improves the vital infrastructure that make our communities great.
