Dr. Graupensperger received a dual-title PhD in Kinesiology and Clinical & Translational Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 2019, and joined the Center for the Study of Health and Risk Behaviors in January of 2020. His research focuses on understanding and leveraging social influences on health-risk behavior, with a keen interest in drinking norms among peer groups and social networks. He seeks to understand how the people around us and the social identities that we form can impact health in both constructive and detrimental ways.
