Health for You is a web-based program designed specifically for young adults in Washington State that includes a web-based stepped-care approach to health.  By answering a few quick anonymous questions online, young adults can receive messaging about young adult alcohol norms and strategies to improve sleep and reduce stress, a more in-depth web-based alcohol program, and/or community resources (e.g., information regarding services for housing instability, job placement, LGBT needs, mental health, substance use).  This program will be entirely free for young adults.  The biggest barrier with dissemination of programs such as this one is getting it to the people who most need it.  We have partnered with a Ph.D. student at the UW Foster School of Business to develop a social marketing strategy to promote this program to local young adults.
