Residential Life Recruitment

Home

Each position in Residential Life at the University of Washington offers a unique student affairs experience in housing.  Much of our unit is compromised of community manager positions, which are full-time live-on staff that manage the operations of a residence hall on campus, but we also staff a variety of live-off positions that have a critical role to play in our support of the student experience.

We hope that the information on this site offers some initial insights as to what working in our unit is like both for the specific position you are interested in and to the culture of our unit as a whole.
