Annual Resident Stipend (2024 to 2025)
- PGY1 residents: $76,032
- PGY2 residents: $78,660
Leave
- Vacation leave: 15 days
- Sick leave: 7 days
- Project: 20 days, including December as project month for applicable programs
- Professional leave
- Residents are expected to attend the following conferences, unless otherwise specified:
- ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting
- Northwestern States Residency Conference (NWSRC)
- Residents may take an additional 5 days of leave as needed.
- Each resident may receive a stipend annually for travel for required professional meetings in alignment with the university regulations for travel expense reimbursement.
- Residents are expected to attend the following conferences, unless otherwise specified:
Holidays
- Residents are scheduled to work 4 holidays per year as part of the integrated staffing commitment.
- Recognized University holidays are as follows:
- New Years’ Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day (Fourth of July)
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Native American Heritage Day (Day after Thanksgiving)
- Christmas Day
