Online Drop-In Help

This drop-in service allows students, staff, and faculty with a current NetID to get one-on-one help on Zoom, with library-related questions. We can help you learn how to use our databases, locate materials for research, and much more.  You DO NOT need an appointment to attend these sessions.

Ask Us Chat Service (available 24/7!)

Our Ask Us chat service provides an opportunity to chat one-on-one with a librarian, any time and day of the week. Send in your question and we will help you find an answer!
