Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) is the collegiate division of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL), the largest career student business organization in the world. Each year, FBLA-PBL helps over 250,000+ members prepare for careers in business and professional fields.

Leadership Development — members develop essential soft skills by networking with accomplished business professionals; by participating in career-oriented events; and by taking initiative by joining a project committee or running for local, state, and/or national office.
