The GME Office is hosting an educational series in 2024, “Cultivating Skills in Feedback and Critical Conversations”.  The series will consist of 6 sessions, each with different content, designed to help programs navigate the continuum of educational feedback from conversations, through evaluations, CCCs, MedHub use, and remediation, with a session focused on supporting BIPOC trainees (more information below).

The third session is Tuesday April 23 from 11:30am to 1:00pm.  The focus of the 4/23 session will be: Tales from the CCC: Insider Stories on Elevating Trainee AssessmentUnlock the secrets to optimizing your CCC meetings and transforming trainee feedback. Join our panel of esteemed Program Directors, Associate Program Directors, and Program Administrators as they share best practices on CCC prep, managing contention across members, ensuring effective communication of assessment to trainees, and more. For planning purposes, please RSVP by Friday 4/19.
