Eval-Palooza: Optimizing Your Evaluation System for Effective Outcomes

May 28 2024
11:30 am - 1:00 pm

The GME Office is hosting an educational series in 2024, “Cultivating Skills in Feedback and Critical Conversations.”  The series will consist of 6 sessions, each with different content, designed to help programs navigate the continuum of educational feedback from conversations, through evaluations, CCCs, MedHub use, and remediation, with a session focused on supporting BIPOC trainees (more information below).

The fourth session is Tuesday May 28 from 11:30am to 1:00pm.  The focus of the 5/28 session will be: Eval-Palooza: Optimizing Your Evaluation System for Effective Outcomes. Join us for a dynamic session on optimizing your evaluation system. Get a snapshot of the current evaluation landscape, including completion rates and key statistics, shedding light on both faculty and trainee perspectives. Explore ways to optimize the process and tackle barriers to completion, from confidentiality concerns to user experience within MedHub. Join the conversation and let’s collaborate for excellence in GME! For planning purposes, please RSVP by Friday 5/24.

Program directors, associate program directors, program administrators and faculty are welcome.  Please reach out if you have questions and we hope to see many of you there.
