Scheduling 101: April 2nd, 10:00am – 11:30am
Designed for new schedulers or those who want a refresh, this session covers the foundational concepts needed to set up your schedule for the academic year. You’ll receive an overview of billing and FTE guidelines from the Finance team, creating your schedule using the New Schedule Task Wizard, requesting new rotations, creating/editing a service/activity, and creating and assigning calls/shifts.
