We invite program and department leadership to join us on Monday November 4 from 1.30-3pm via Zoom for our sixth and final session in the 2024 GME Educational Series, “Cultivating Skills in Feedback and Critical Conversations.”  The sixth session will focus on Supporting URIM and BIPOC Trainees who are Struggling.  We are excited to be joined by colleagues Dr. Bessie Young, Professor of Medicine, Vice Dean, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, Office of Health Care Equity, UW Medicine, Medical Director, Office of Health Care Equity, UW Medicine Director, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Center for Transformational Research, and Dr. Michelle Terry, Clinical Professor, Pediatrics and Assistant Dean for URMS Career Development, UW School of Medicine.   Please join us to discuss this important topic.
