Requests for Access to MedHub
Request access to MedHub by completing the appropriate form. UW NetID required for form submission.
SCH based staff: Please email pedshr@uw.edu to request a Sponsored NetID.
- Administrator access to MedHub request form: Provides access to program data. Who can submit: A supervisor, manager, director, or GME Office designee (e.g., residency/fellowship program director, Vice Chair of Finance and Administration in a clinical science department, a Division Administrator, or designated GME staff member)
- Faculty access to MedHub request form: Creates an account for any supervising physician or other healthcare provider who supervises and/or evaluates residents/fellows as part of a GME-recognized training program. Who can submit: A supervisor, manager, director, administrator, or GME Office designee (e.g., residency/fellowship program director, residency/fellowship program administrator, Vice Chair of Finance and Administration in a clinical science department, a Division Administrator, or designated GME staff member)
- Program Director/Associate Program Director access to MedHub request form: Provides access to program data for residency/fellowship Program Directors and Associate Program Directors. Who can submit: A GME Office designee.
- GME User access to MedHub request form: Provides access to institution-level data. Who can submit: GME Office staff, UW Medicine Government Accounting staff, hospital administrators, Dean of Medicine IT or UW Medicine ITS staff.
- Hospital Finance access to MedHub request form: Provides access to institution-level billing and IRIS data. Who can submit: GME Office staff, UW Medicine Government Accounting staff, or hospital administrators.

- MedHub Trainee User Guide: A MedHub manual you can download and customize to your own program use.
- Program Settings Overview: A guide for understanding and managing MedHub Program Settings options.
- Procedure Certifications page: Provides instructions on enabling, defining and certifying trainee procedures in MedHub.
- Work Hours Entry Instructions: Provides trainee guidance on work hour submission.
- Work Hour Compliance Monitoring: Provides program guidance on monitoring trainee work hour submission.
