This room contains a meeting table and chairs, a single workstation connected to a ceiling-mounted projector, as well as webcam and speakers suitable for use with Skype or Zoom Videoconferencing.  Users may also connect a personal device to the projector’s VGA input, but must supply their own video adapter if needed.

Winkenwerder Forest Sciences Laboratory

WFS 105

This classroom is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector with a single VGA video input for use with personal computing devices.  Currently, users must supply their own video adapter if needed.

WFS 107

This lab classroom is equipped with dual networked projectors and screens to allow for mirrored wireless projection to both sides of this wide classroom.  Wireless projection capabilities are supported through the use of Airtame devices connected to each projector.  Prior to using the Airtame system for the first time, you must contact Student Services at sefsadv@uw.edu to request access to the room’s secured wireless network which is a prerequisite to connecting to the Airtame devices.

Student Technology Loan Program

Students can take advantage of the Student Technology Loan Program (STLP,) funded by the Student Technology Fee, to check out laptops, projectors, cameras and other equipment.  For more information or to reserve equipment, please visit https://stlp.uw.edu or email stlp@uw.edu.

Please Note: Due to high demand, students using this service should be sure to reserve equipment well in advance of when it is needed.  This will help to ensure equipment availability and give you time to test and gain comfort using the equipment prior to important meetings and presentations.
