How do I request a certificate of liability coverage?
Proof of insurance may be requested from UW Risk Services.
I will be starting training at UW this coming academic year. When will I start receiving onboarding information?
Onboarding packets are delivered to incoming UW residents and fellows via the MedHub residency management system starting in March. If have questions about the onboarding process, please review the resources on the Incoming Residents & Fellows section of this site.
How do I know what eLearning modules apply to me or my program?
Information about eLearning modules for residents and fellows can be found on the Learning Gateway website. Questions can be sent to lgateway@uw.edu.
Where can I send requests for verification of training?
Verification of post-graduate training (including internships, residencies and fellowships) should be sent directly to the relevant residency or clinical fellowship training program.
What are my benefits options as a UW employee?
The Summary of Benefits for Residents and Fellows provides an overview of benefits options – including health, dental, LTD and retirement plan options – available to residents and fellows. Benefits enrollment letters are sent to new employees via the University of Washington’s Workday HR/payroll system during their first week of employment.
How do I receive information or support about the UW GME meals program?
General information about the UW GME meals program is outlined in the Meals Policy, and many frequently asked questions can be found on the UW GME Meals Policy FAQs. If there are any further questions or if there is an issue that was not covered in the FAQs document, please do not hesitate to contact uwgme@uw.edu.
