Program Administrator Appointments

Departments/divisions should reach out to the GME Office to alert the team of new program administrator appointments.

• Primary Program Administrator:  GME Office will initiate new program administrator onboarding (MedHub access, ADS access, orientations) and will send welcome email to new program administrator, supervisor, and program director.
• Program Staff:  Program administrators may submit a MedHub Administrator Access Request form to request MedHub access for additional program staff
• Program Administrator Job Description (updated July 2024)
• New Program Director and Program Administrator Orientation: Includes helpful resources for new as well as current program administrators, including annual timelines, checklists, and presentations on key topics in GME.

ACGME Program Coordinator Handbook

Program Administrator Meetings

The GME Office hosts meetings for program administrators from ACGME and non-ACGME programs.  Topics include GME updates, accreditation, appointments and credentialing, professional development, and best practice sharing.  Meetings are held virtually via Zoom.

Program Administrator Advisory Council (PAAC)

Mission: The PAAC aims to support the development of program coordinators and administrators as essential leaders, particularly within graduate medical education.

Vision: Partner with GME in a consultative role to enhance excellence in graduate medical education.
