Patient and Family Centered Rounds |
Entire rounding team present, (MDs, RN +/- Rx, CC, SW, etc.) Team enters room whenever patient/family allow. Intern may examine patient if not done on pre-rounds/signout. Orders entered and read back after each patient. Whiteboard updated and family concerns addressed. |
